THE ASOS SALE
Totally loving the ASOS sale, it was the last place I spent my pennies before making my no shopping pledge. I got a couple of pretty good bargains. I got my OH two Superdry T-shirts as a present for getting his university place and I bought myself these two items:
Breton Jumper £14 (Reduced from £28), Molly 70s wide leg jeans £20 (Reduced from £30)
BBC digital radio station 6Music was recently saved from being axed after overwhelming public support to keep the station going. I was one of the people who was super pleased at this news as the radio station has kept me company at home during the day since I lost my job in April.
One of my favourite shows on the station is the Lauren Laverne show, she is the Queen of Indie and has great taste in music. Her relaxed presenting style cheers me up and she has introduced me to loads of new music.

BROGUES
I know that this trend has been around for a while before anyone points it out. But this week I am totally crushing on them. A pair will be on my AW shopping list for sure. Not decided what colour I want yet, but here are some nice black ones from Topshop - £55

SAGE FRANCIS - THE BEST OF TIMES
As mentioned above, the Laverne show has introduced me to some great new music. One such person is Sage Francis. Loving his single 'The Best Of Times' (which I got from iTunes this week). If you like Scroobious Pip, he may well be down your street. Check out his MySpace page here
